Founded by Celia in 2018, to provide vocational courses for locals in the hospitality industry, we’ve developed a reputation for the quality of our training and the depth of our knowledge.
Our commitment to excellent customer service is unwavering. And now, we’ve also expanded our sights, to provide the best-tasting coffee and tea and now we’re inviting people to experience the joys of both with our masterclasses run from our unique retail and training space in Lerwick.
