Everything that the Isle Of Harris Distillers have selected for their incredible gin, our partners, eteaket, have created a truly unique tea blend.

This tea is a herbal blend – it is completely caffeine-free! It contains Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Orange Peel, Liquorice Root, Cassia Bark and Sugar Kelp. The Sugar Kelp is hand-harvested from deep within the underwater forests of the Outer Hebrides by a local diver. We think that this personal touch is what makes Sugar Kelp particularly special.  The unusual botanical brings a distinctive flavour and unique smoothness to the gin (and now our tea).

The distillers recommend that their gin is tried ‘on the rocks’ – add a few drops of their Sugar Kelp Aromatic Water and finish it off with a slice of pink or red grapefruit.  The tea contains a hint of the zingy fruit; it shines through as a lively end note following the smoothness of the botanicals. This tea is delicious as a cold brew infusion; not surprisingly, it also mixes perfectly with Isle of Harris Gin to make an exceptional tea cocktail.
