The Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland (REHIS)

REHIS acts as the awarding body for a number of food safety qualifications. Anyone who serves food to the public will probably need to have a food hygiene certificate.

This is a one day course with a short multiple choice test at the end. It is designed for people working in the hospitality and catering industry every day.

Duration: 6 hours

Group size: Minimum of 4 people

Cost: £95, including course book and registration, exam fee and certification with REHIS.
