Our experienced instructors will introduce you to a variety of brewing methods, including pour-over, Cafetiere/ French press, AeroPress, Moka and espresso, highlighting the nuances and benefits of each.
From the moment we begin, you’ll be enveloped in the rich aroma of our freshly roasted coffee beans from The Orkney Roastery. Gain insights into how our partner roastery goes about sourcing and roasting their beans. You will also learn about the importance of the grinding processes, water temperature and extraction times, all of which contribute to that perfect brew.
Our team of coffee connoisseurs are ready to guide you through a captivating exploration of brewing techniques, imparting their extensive knowledge and expertise along the way.
This is a hands-on session in which you’ll have the opportunity to put your new-found knowledge into practice.
You’ll master the art of coffee brewing, from the gentle pour-over technique to the perfect espresso shot.
